Word has it that Miley Cyrus is dating Cody Linley since the two were spotted leaving Cody Linley's apartment in LA late at night.

This shouldn't be surprising as Cody Linley, who plays Hannah Montana's love interest in the show, is such a pretty boy and Miley Cyrus has mentioned in the past that she has a crush on her co-star.

Apparently, she once said, "He is so much fun to look at. He's really fun and down to earth. And he's hot!".

Cody Linley was dating Miley Cyrus rival Demi Lovato until their recent split - that's when Miley Cyrus pounced on him. Onlookers who saw them leaving Cody's apartment said that Miley had a huge smile on her face and couldn't take her eyes off him.

But Cody Linley insists that they are just "good friends" he says,"She came over, and Miley, my roommate and I all painted. We splatter-painted. Right now, we're just very close friends."
